We get it — Shit happens!

Within 48 hours of booking a package:

• Cancel session for full refund (minus card payment processing fees)

• Reschedule session

Up to 7 days BEFORE session takes place:

• Cancel session for 50% refund (minus card payment processing fees)

• Reschedule session

48 hours of BEFORE Signature Session takes places:

• Cancel session (no refund)

Please note:

• Injury or illness of a dog prior to their portrait session allows for rescheduling of session at any time at no additional charge.

• If your dog passes before your session, you will receive a full refund for your session.
